What is the PPG?
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is an organisation that is in place to build a relationship between the Practice and our patients.
A PPG provides a link between the Practice to better understand the needs of our patients and encourage better healthcare through communication. It can:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare services and involvement in the NHS.
- Develop improved relationships and communication between practice and patients.
- Provide practical support and help to implement change and innovation.
- Be diverse to suit local needs, each group is determined by the needs of the community.
PPG Virtual Group
To join our Virtual Committee
We will be announcing the launch of the Virtual Group soon.
The only requirements are:
- You are a registered patient of St Elizabeth’s Medical Centre or The Evington Surgery
- You are able to give some time to participate in practice activity
